Whether you’ve pre-paid for your Tree Haus Village units or requested a booking link for guests to reserve their stay, our team will reach out with next steps within the first few weeks after your wedding is officially booked. We’ll make sure you know exactly how reservations will work for your group so you can confidently share details with your guests.

If you’re deciding how to assign rooms, we also offer a Tree Haus Village Reservation Guide to walk you through each unit and help you map out where everyone will stay. You’re welcome to assign units to your guests at any time, or simply leave it to our team — we’re happy to allocate rooms on your behalf.
Happy Hollow Resort
We’re proud to partner with Happy Hollow Resort, located just down the hill from the Glass Haus venue, to offer additional lodging options for your guests. It’s the perfect complement to Tree Haus Village — close, convenient, and designed to keep your group connected throughout the weekend.
To make things simple, we can create a room block on your behalf at Happy Hollow. Room blocks are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, and we’re always happy to accept waitlist block requests in case any cancellations open new availability for your date.
Because Happy Hollow operates at high capacity during peak season, please note that June through August is typically unavailable for Glass Haus room blocks. If your celebration falls within these months, we’re happy to help you explore alternative nearby lodging options for your guests.
