Perfect for couples who want to secure lodging for their wedding guests they know will be traveling to celebrate their big day.

With a secured room block, guests can book one of these pre-arranged rooms directly on the Happy Hollow Resort website and provide their own payment method.

The couple or individual securing the room block will be responsible for any unreserved rooms or nights.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Room blocks can be secured directly with Kathy by emailing ido@glasshausweddings.com to discuss your needs and resort availability. Room blocks require a signed agreement stating all rooms secured in the block will be paid for either through a guest booking or the client will take financial responsibility for any unused rooms.

  • Availability varies based on the time of year. Room blocks are not available between Memorial Day and Labor Day however, we do have a waitlist for reservations during this season.

  • Securing a room block allows you to feel confident knowing that you have lodging available for your guests from out of town. Without a block, these rooms are first come, first serve and may be reserved by someone else.

  • You’re always welcome to stay with us! Happy Hollow Resort availability is always up to date so feel free to book directly on our website without a block. Just know that this availability is public and others will have an equal opportunity to secure the same room.

  • Nope, just know that availability is first come, first serve.

  • We are only accepting room block contracts for the current calendar year. If you are getting married in 2027 and beyond, we will hold your request for a room block until rates are set for the calendar year, typically in November the year prior. At that time, we will reach out to confirm availability and secure your block.
