Choose Your Bar Experience
Every celebration looks a little different, which is why we offer multiple bar approaches—so you can choose the option that best fits your guest list, drinking style, and overall vision for the night.

You pay a flat rate per guest in advance. Drinks are unlimited within the selected package, making this a great option if you want predictable pricing and a carefree guest experience.

You’re billed based on what your guests actually drink. Each drink poured is tracked, and the final total reflects real consumption. This option offers flexibility with a strict budget and can be more cost-effective for lighter-drinking crowds. A budget cap, check-in points, and point of contact for the tab is set beforehand.

Guests purchase their own drinks throughout the event. This option works well for celebrations where you’d prefer not to host the bar or want to limit bar expenses while still offering a full, professionally staffed bar experience. There is a $300 fee per bartender and you will need 1 bartender per 75 guests.

Reserving Your Bar Package
Feel free to reach out to Payton at any time to begin discussing your bar package. We can begin planning at any time and aim to make decisions around 6 months before your wedding.
PROST Payments
All of our PROST Bar and Catering items will be billed together. We ask for a x deposit 6 months before your wedding and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding when final numbers are due.

What’s Included?

Your bar service length is selected as part of your bar package. For any bar service extending beyond 5 hours, additional security is required beginning at the 4th hour. Any planned pauses in service (such as during dinner) are not counted toward your total bar service time. If you’re interested in an extended bar service, we’re happy to help. Please reach out to Payton for a custom quote and security recommendations.
Preparing for your stay

24 hours prior to arrival, you'll receive an email with your check in instructions including directions to the venue, directions to your individual unit and your code to enter your room. Our golf cart driver will be available during check in and check out to assist with your luggage.
Please note: Digital registration must be complete in order to receive your check in instructions.

Digital registration is a short check in form that includes confirming your reservation details, signing our Stay Agreement and providing or updating the credit card on file. The digital registration form is sent out 10 days prior to arrival and guests must complete the form in order to receive their check in instructions.
